If you live in the Shepherdstown, WV area, and you would like to work on your running technique check out these running clinics.

If you want to find a local race to participate check out the website for Running in the USA.  Here you can search by your city location to find races ranging from 1 mile fun runs to marathons.

Also in the Shepherdstown area is Freedom’s Run.  This is a yearly event that has a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, and a Kids Fun Run, with courses through the local National Parks.
